LoadIn Ready offers workspace-scoped API access and signed webhooks for CRM, automation, reporting, and venue-system connections. Workspace managers create credentials from Integrations.

Authentication

Send your one-time API key as a bearer token in the Authorization header. Keys are hashed after creation and can be revoked at any time.

List events

GET https://loadinready.com/api/v1/events

Returns event identity, venue, date, status, load-in and load-out times, and update time for the key’s workspace.

List vendors

GET https://loadinready.com/api/v1/vendors

Returns vendor identity, category, business contact, and update time for the key’s workspace.

Webhooks

LoadIn Ready sends JSON POST requests for supported operational events. Verify the x-loadinready-signature header by computing an HMAC-SHA256 digest of the exact request body using the webhook signing secret.

Contract lifecycle events include contract.published, contract.signed, contract.declined, contract.changes_requested, and contract.countersigned. Payment events include payment.recorded, payment.verified, and payment.voided. Payloads identify records and amounts without exposing private client access tokens.

Use x-loadinready-event-id or x-loadinready-idempotency-key to process each event once. The identifier and signed request body remain unchanged when a failed delivery is retried.

Calendar

Calendar feeds use the standard iCalendar format and can be subscribed to from Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar. Treat the calendar URL as a secret because it grants read access to event schedule information.
