Free trial

Eligible new subscriptions include the trial period shown at checkout. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.

Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally leaves access available through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge was made in error or the service did not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We review requests fairly based on account usage, the reason for the request, and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Except where required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after a billing period has begun or for accounts suspended because of a material violation of our Terms.

How to request a refund

Email support@loadinready.com from the address associated with your account and include the invoice or transaction reference. Paddle, our merchant of record, may contact you or process the refund on our behalf.
