Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of LoadIn Ready, a subscription service for organizing event-vendor readiness and compliance information. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful event operations. You are responsible for the information, documents, and invitations submitted through your workspace.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or malicious material, or use it to violate another person's rights.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly after any stated trial. Paddle is our merchant of record and processes payments, taxes, invoices, cancellations, and eligible refunds. Prices and plan limits are shown before checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the portal states otherwise.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited right to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have permission to submit and process the content you provide.

5. Service availability

We work to keep LoadIn Ready reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for security or maintenance.

6. Liability

LoadIn Ready helps teams organize compliance workflows but does not provide legal, insurance, safety, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether a vendor or event meets your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, fraud, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
