Information we collect

We collect account details such as your email address, workspace details, event and vendor records, documents you choose to upload, and basic technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide LoadIn Ready, authenticate users, send service emails, process subscriptions, support customers, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Paddle as merchant of record for payments. These providers process information under their own privacy and security obligations.

Payment information

Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle. LoadIn Ready does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run LoadIn Ready, when you direct us to, to protect the service and its users, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for legal, security, backup, and operational purposes. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or legitimate operational purposes.

International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, service providers use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
